Belleville Nissan

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Qashqai from Nissan Belleville, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My name is Daniel, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and support I received—especially from my salesperson, Kyle Johnston. Kyle was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’ve now been driving the SUV for two months, and it has exceeded my expectations. The quality is superb, the ride is comfortable, and I haven’t encountered a single issue so far. It’s clear that this vehicle was built with reliability and performance in mind. Overall, I highly recommend Nissan Belleville, and if you have the chance, ask for Kyle Johnston—you’ll be in great hands.

I’m extremely disappointed with Belleville Nissan. After purchasing a brand-new 2026 Nissan Kicks SR Premium in November 2025, the vehicle began showing an engine light (EVAP code) after just 3,500 km. Since then, we’ve had to bring it in three separate times in November, January, and March, and each visit has been a frustrating experience with no real resolution. By the third visit, we had to push just to receive a courtesy vehicle, which should have been standard given the repeated issues. What made things worse was the complete lack of follow-through. We were promised a trade-in evaluation and a callback by 3 p.m. on Monday, March 16, yet an entire week passed with no communication. When we finally reached out ourselves, Richard Woods told us there was nothing he could do. This was especially frustrating because when his manager was present earlier, we were reassured that they cared about their customers and would do whatever it takes to help us through the process. Once management was no longer involved, that support completely disappeared. The lack of communication, broken promises, and ongoing unresolved issues have completely shattered our trust. This is not the level of service anyone expects when purchasing a brand-new vehicle, especially from a dealership of this size. Honestly, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I’m genuinely shocked that nothing meaningful has been done to resolve the situation. I sincerely hope Nissan Canada steps in, because this level of service is simply unacceptable.

Got the opportunity to trade in a 2023 Nissan Sentra in February for a 2026 Nissan Sentra. Absolutely loved the 2023, but the 2026 is just so much nicer. Shout out Kyle Johnston, who made every step of the way super easy, along with the decision to go with the Sentra! Kyle was part of the whole journey starting right at the test drive. He’s super helpful (then and now whenever I have questions!) and friendly. Thank you Kyle and Belleville Nissan!

Jackie came outside, explained how to fix our dashboard tire inflation light and was so amazing!! This group of people at the desks, the technicians, even the general manager greeted us. What a great place to bring your car.
