Terrible service! Can’t hardly get the guy to call back. Store is so unorganized! Cost me 800 bucks and didn’t fix anything. Cleared codes.. will never recommend anyone to this place!

Recently bought a Ram truck and the folks at Belmont Dodge are awesome. They have been just amazing with any support I have needed. New truck so lots of questions. HIGHLY recommend them.

I purchased a 2012 jeep wrangler on a Friday drove it home the very next day dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Waited until the following week when they were open called they had me bring the jeep over they cleared the codes and did actually replace an ABS sensor that was bad. The other codes they just cleared out and did not fix leaving me with buying a new gas cap (not a huge deal pretty inexpensive) and also having to replace a thermostat. Finally get everything legal for WV make an appointment to get it inspected and will not pass inspection. Tried calling but Bill was unavailable to take my call and has never bothered to return a phone call. So now I am left with a vehicle that is not suitable for the road according to WV inspection facility due to needing brakes, rotors, caliper, and 2 front wheel bearings a total of over $1200. To let a vehicle leave your lot then not stand behind what you sell or what you say is not good business. Honestly don’t know how this place has been opened so long if this is how they conduct business and treat their costumers.

10/10 Do not recommend. Waste of money and time. Unfortunately, it seems that honesty is lacking at this business. Our car has a major issue (less than 3 weeks after purchasing it) so we took it to our mechanic and found out what the problem was. We were told by the dealership that our long time and TRUSTED awesome mechanic (Ben Ralston) was out to make money off of us. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. After reading these other similar reviews, I don't trust a word that this dealership says.

When we were driving on a long trip and our check engine light came on they were a dealer that we rolled into off from the highway. The associate their Tom was quick to help us and the team there was able to diagnose and fix our Jeep in a little over 3 hours so we could get back on the road. I was supremely impressed with the customer service and their willingness to help!
