I will never deal with this company again. They told me that there was was minor repairs needed to be done to it and it was a local trade in. We didn’t even have it for a day the transmission went out on my wife on interstate 81. After trying to get them to look at it and coming to agreement about who’s paying for it. We sent it to another garage and to find out what is all wrong with it. Needs a transmission all 4 ball joints, a muffler, the rear A arm, trans lines along with the transmission so the that garage told us it was gonna cost us 8500 just fix it. Below blu book said they can get us a better price. And that the the car is below car valve of 1800 here it’s listed for 1400. And the local trade in is from Delaware we found paper work in the car to support that

Stopped here yesterday to check out a car I liked. I wanted to put money down to purchase the car today. When the guy asked the heavy set man behind the desk if he wanted to do it he said no. The man asked if we could wait 15 minutes no sir. You lost a sale when no one in the office could or would want to take a down payment for $2,000 on a credit card. Unprofessional people in the office will cost you money every time. Don't recommend.

We got a great car from Dwight and had an amazing experience at Below Bluebook Autos! This was my son’s third car, but 1st manual. He has driven a few manual cars around the block, but nothing further. He thought he knew it all from watching YouTube 🤣. Well Dwight took time out of his busy day to teach my son how to drive stick in the mall parking lot close to the shop! Like who does that?! Fortunately, my son picked it up quickly with Dwight’s great instruction and then our trade and purchase with Dwight went just as smooth as the instruction!
