Bemidji Chrysler Center

We recently bought a Crysler Pacifica from Bemidji Crysler Center and Tom went out of his way to make the experience easy. We highly recommend Bemidji Crysler center as a place to buy a car. This was the third vehicle we've purchased there over many years. Good service before and after a purchase is important to my husband and I.

Worst Chrysler service department i’ve ever been to. Not sure if the mechanics just don’t care, are understaffed or just have no idea what they are doing, but every repair myself or family has brought to them takes weeks to hear an update about and the issue is rarely fixed. My Jeep wrangler was there for weeks, they replaced a wheel bearing, but my issue was still there. I brought the vehicle to another shop and they fixed my front axle. Issue resolved. My brother brought his Dodge van there and after 3 weeks they said they couldn’t fix it. Something to do with the key security system. Same situation my daughter had with her Honda. Did nothing but kill her battery after a month. I don’t know what their sales people are like, but do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer for service and repairs

I would recommend never going here for service. I took my vehicle in for a repair and was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks. 5 weeks later I called and asked about it and he said it was moving up on the list but would likely be another month or two until its done. I asked how this is possible when the repair only takes 4 to 5 hours. He said I was told that it could take months to get in when the truth it I was told 2 to 3 weeks. I called Kenny's Repair down the street and they got me in the same day. If this is how the service department runs, I'll steer clear of sales there as well. Their business is a joke.

Stopped by to get info about a recall on my Durango. The gentleman there looked it up, explained what it was about, how long it might take, what was involved, etc. Then I went to the sales floor to get info on possibly getting a new truck. Couldn't find anyone interested in talking to me. How much is a new mid-range pickup?? 75 or 80 thousand dollars? I guess that I'll find a different dealership to spend my money!
