Great experience! I found a truck online and wanted to be sure it was worth the long trip from Indianapolis. My Sales Rep Kevin Kreigh sent videos and pictures as I had requested to ensure I wasn't wasting my time. He exceeded my high expectations and was accommodating and not in the least bit pushy. I felt like he looked at the truck like he was buying it as well. He got with the Service Department after the test drive and had the brakes and taillights addressed and arranged delivery while staying in communication with me. I'm very pleased I made the trip. We bought our Chevy Trailblazer from Mike Varney on April 24, 2026. This was our second purchase from him. We definitely were able to upgrade from our last purchase he took his time with us and went over each step of the vehicle and process with us. Even the paperwork went smoothly. I initially spoke with Jessica, an off-site associate, after sending a message about a Buick Regal I saw and was very interested in. She set up my appointment and even sent me pics of different angles. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Kevin, who I never said who I was or what I was driving but he already knew. He was very professional and very helpful. He even helped with returning my rental car and gave a ride back to the dealership. Arturo is also a real professional, very knowledgeable with the paperwork and very cool. Leon pointed me in the right direction to grab dinner before our 90+ min-drive. Had a great experience dealing with Ben Davis Chevrolet. Hunter was my sales guy and did a fantastic job. I feel they made a deal that was fair for both of us. There was a tax issue that presented itself weeks after the sale but they stood behind there original offer and made things right. What more could you ask for.
