Where do it start with this awful experience!!!! I worked with a salesperson that was very nice. I advised him of the type of vehicle and price range that I wanted. I was excited because they found a vehicle at the auction,it was even the color I wanted! I agreed to finance through them because it was so much going on during beginning stage of quarantine in April. April 4 to be exact. And he said I would get a good interest rate. I agreed to allow them to run my credit but I was hesitant. The sales manager Kevin Smith assured me that it would only be one inquiry on my credit report but it was 3! He said that it wouldn’t hurt my credit score, which i knew wasn’t true. I didn’t say too much because he was getting me the car I wanted! The car came in on April 9th. The car was in the back being inspected and I was disgusted at what I saw. The entire bottom of the car was RUSTED. Had I not came there to see the vehicle I would have never known. I spoke to Kevin about the rust and he down played it by saying people up north buy cars with rust all the time. And said they drive vehicles with rust all the time. I felt like he didn’t care about me or my hard earned money that he wanted me to spend on a rusted vehicle. He said that it looked good on the outside and that he would spray some type of black coating to cover or seal the rust which normally lasts about a year. I told him to find me another vehicle that was not from up north and what does he do , show me 2 more vehicles from up north and one had an accident. This guy! Not only did you run my credit you did not produce a vehicle to meet my needs. He said I needed to go up on my budget. I told him that would be fine if the deal made sense and the vehicle was good. He said he couldn’t find anything else. So after almost 2 weeks of waiting I walked away with no car because he said that was it. -We the people-do not want rusted cars from up north!

This dealership use to be our go to. After taking my suv for service, i dont advise. Paid a fee to have my car looked at. They found nothing wrong with it. Came back with the same issue. Ended up having to take it to another dealership, that dealerahip had the car 2 hours and found the problem. Never again do i plan to have service or purchase from them. Highly discourage anyone support people who take money with no service done. Plus this is how my suv was returned.

Buying a car can be a stressful thing, least it is to me... I was very fortunate to have picked the group at Ben Mynatt- Buick to help me thru this process. I had gone to a couple other places and didn't receiver anything near the customer service that I did at Ben Mynatt. I think most people are on their guard when it comes to car salesmen... I know I was! Dion, one of the salesmen there, was the absolute best. He never once made me feel like I needed to be on guard. Instead, he was straight up and honest. His sincere, polite, and friendly personality just added to making a potentially stressful situation a pleasant one. From the voice that greets you on the phone to the guys back in finance... They all make you feel like they care and that you're not just another sale of the day. I highly recommend Ben Mynatt-Buick if you want the BEST.. And if you want one of the best salesmen, then for sure ask for Dion! I really hope he's still there when it comes time to buy my next car!
