First impression, lot is full of clean quality vehicles, you're greeted right away when you step inside the building by a friendly knowledgeable staff. WOW and no pressure. My experience from start to finish was so smooth. I'll be back and I strongly recommend Benchmark. Thank you Melissa and everyone else for the help.

As a former customer, I expected so much more from them when I encouraged my husband to go get a vehicle this morning. Came prepared with all paperwork and payment, came at normal opening time, only for no one to show up at 0900 as stated on social media and website. He rode his motorcycle up there, waited an hour in the rain for a guy to tell him “they were officially not open today” but invited him in, handed him the keys to the vehicle he wanted said they would get started on the paperwork, and upon walking back in, they copied all of his paperwork, told him that "they don't do test drives" (since when and in what world would you buy a vehicle you can't test drive???) and told him we can’t do the paperwork until Tuesday when they open back up. Talk about wasting someone’s time! Nowhere on their website or social media did it say they weren’t going to be open on a normal Friday. There were even other people there that ended up leaving because no one showed up. Absolutely unprofessional and I expected better from this place. I’m simply appalled by this situation. My husband left still being polite and understanding, I, however, won’t be because as a former customer and as people who have much better options to choose from when it comes to our auto needs, I recommended him to go there due to my previous good experience. I won’t make that mistake again and will be utilizing a real dealership for our auto needs. I definitely will be letting everyone I know to don’t bother with this place as they aren’t as good as they used to be, especially in an economy where everyone needs to be more educated in where they spend their hard-earned money. Do better benchmark! **Edit: thank you for replying but my husband never said he would test drive it to Wilmington. He works in Wilmington and we live in Hubert. Definitely not test driving to Wilmington. So I completely understand that.

Had not had a car in 4 years and was super nervous. The selection was a little lower than normal but they had exactly what we were looking for. We live in Jacksonville but the trip to Benchmark was worth every mile! Everyone inside the office was very kind and professional. Everything was explained to us in detail and they helped in every way possible to get on the road. 10/10 would def recommend and will most likely be going for a second car in the future.

Just stopping by to leave a quick review! I want to start by saying that these guys are nothing short of amazing. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I am a repeat customer, and both times they have been extremely efficient and made the entire process as smooth as possible. They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers. If you’re looking for a good vehicle at a great price, I definitely recommend checking this place out. They have plenty of options on their lot, and the cars are always very clean inside and out. Their inventory moves fast, so you might want to hurry and get out there!
