Bad Experience – Unreliable and Unresponsive We had a very disappointing experience with this broker. They dispatched a car to us from Copart, and we agreed in advance to a COD (Cash on Delivery) payment term instead of their usual terms. We scheduled the Copart appointment accordingly. However, when the dispatch came through, the payment term had not been changed to COD as agreed. We reached out immediately to have it corrected, but received no response at all. After some time, they canceled both the appointment and the load, without any explanation or communication. This caused us to waste valuable time and lose a potential load. Their lack of professionalism and communication was unacceptable. We do not recommend working with them.
Excellent prices Professionalism
They pay extremely late. Try not to use their vehicles for transport. They don't honor their freight contracts.
