I was in for service on my truck and Brandon in service was absolutely amazing with dealing with the warranty department to getting parts and getting it scheduled quickly for a pretty big job he stayed in contact with me throughout the process witch is HUGE with me. Lori, Brandon and Steve went above and beyond to resolve multiple (big) issues with my husband's work jeep- the team was extremely thorough in diagnosing each problem, clear about the repairs required, status of part availability, and transparent about related costs (so no big $ surprises at pick up). They were also very patient, kind, and responsive to our many inquiries.
