He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. This was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve had. I truly felt respected and taken care of as a customer. I was given an estimate before service. Took my vehicle in right away. Completed the service and recall in a timely manner. Was completed quickly. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Service department at Benoit Ford in Jonesboro is horrible. They do not answer the phone when you call about your vehicle. And this is after multiple attempts at calling. They made my vehicle worse than what the original problem was. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was informed that they have inexperience staff and really didnt know what they was doing. Then I was informed that if I want it fixed right then I would have to pay out of pocket for that. Now this is a vehicle under warranty by Ford. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The only rhing that I would say they was honest on is that they don't know what there doing.
