At first, I really liked the friendly atmosphere here. Then I head to make an appointment to come back as they had to order the part I needed. As can happen with anyone,i had to reschedule my appointment due to my child being ill, then had to reschedule again due travel conditions, then one last time due to myself now being sick (caught the flu my child had). It was this past attempt to reschedule where the turn around happened for me. During my call to reschedule i left a message letting them know I would still come in if they wanted me to but out of respect for them I was trying to be courteous so as not to get anyone else sick. I never received a call back and I proceeded to call over a period of the next 2 to 3 weeks at least three More calls to see what was going on. I understand that I rescheduled and that probably frustrated them and I would have understood completely if they told me they no longer wanted to set up an appointment for me due to rescheduling three times. The problem is noone ever returned my call after that. The difference between me and them was I called, they never called me back, they just totally ignored every attempt i made to contact them. After the third attempt I decided I was going elsewhere. A business with those customer service ethics is not good at all. I am getting three stars because they were very friendly, at first, I guess as long as you don't have any kind of unforeseen events happen in your life then you're good to go with making an appointment with them.

This company is ran by a group of individuals who genuinely care about a vehicle they sell you and making the experience as seamless as possible!!! My experience at Benson Auto Chevrolet in Franklin, NH, was fantastic.
