A lot of these reviews are for another dealership not Bensons Auto Group, I almost didnt buy from here but than I noticed this place gets confused with Chrysler Auto Group. I had an amazing experience, everything they told me added up and worked out. I came in with an offer for my old car from carmax and they kept it. I didnt have credit so the trade in helped. I walked out with a great deal. Abraham was amazing, he was honest about the warranty and how everything works. Xinia the lady who helped me purchase the car was knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend anyone to come here!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Bensons Auto Group! Thomas was amazing and helped me get out of my high payment on my 2012 vehicle and into a brand-new car with a lower payment. He even helped me find cheaper full-coverage insurance, which saved me even more money. If you're looking for a new vehicle, go see Thomas! Place is a COMPLETE SCAM!! do not fall for their false advertisement. Firstly let’s talk about the fake mail they send and how “you won if the numbers match”. As you can tell, the numbers match perfectly. However, the representative pulled out a random board with new numbers and said my paper doesn’t match. Let’s be honest, the representatives knew they are lying and tried to sell me a car and other BS. Highly do not recommend ANYONE to come to this dealership. They are all fake and lying straight to your faces.

The gentleman that helped us was good.. just want to be clear on that. Its the dealership and BS that started and followed. I got a call from Beson, a gal Makayla. She proceeded to explain to me that we were qualified for xyz amount, no down, no cosigner etc. I specifically asked her so come in pick out a vehicle sign and drive? She said yes... so I told her what we were looking for she sent me vehicles. We picked one of the 5.. then low and behold thats where everything went to hell... its all BS.. all of the sudden the price went up, we needed money down and needed a cosigner... sat there for 3.5 hours through all that nonsense. We got excuse after excuse... total waste of time. Plus several hard hits to credit.. so the moral of the story is, if they call you and say you are qualified for their special program.. it probably is BS!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE OR BUY FROM HERE. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. If you receive this in the mail, and it looks like you won a major prize, please be very aware this is their way of bringing you in to hear their sales pitch, and there is a high chance you will not end up receiving the prize it says you won. My numbers matched a set of winning numbers for the $2500 instant cash prize. I called in advance to the dealership and prize checker number to make sure it was legitimate. They confirmed and verified that it was legit with the information I gave them. When you go to the dealership, the salesperson will say that all you need to do to claim the prize is to take a test drive, listen to their pitch, hear from an event manager, then you’d be on your way with the prize (that you think you won). What they don’t tell you (until after they tricked you and wasted your time, energy and gas) is that you have to match another winning number to their “prize board.” It is absolutely false advertisement and a disgusting way to make a living. Making people believe that they won a car, money, or other prizes shown on the flyer just for that to not be the case is immoral and wrong. If your second “winning number” located at the bottom of the flyer doesn’t match any of theirs on the dealership board, you pick out an envelope off the wall that contains a $2 lottery ticket. The “fine print” does not state anywhere that the prize it says you won ISN’T the prize you will receive. The salesman has the audacity to give you their business card and ask you to bring them business by telling friends and family who may be in the market for a vehicle. I would NEVER do business or give business to a company like this. This is dishonest, deceiving, and truly such a horrible and discouraging experience. I hope people read this and think twice before coming to this place. If they are willing to lie and fool people like this, they will lie and fool you into a bad deal just to benefit themselves. They obviously have no moral conscience.
