I called Thursday hoping they could work me in for an oil change on my car since I planned a beach trip at the last minute. They scheduled me for the next day . John was great! He arranged for someone to take me to the mall for a couple of hours so I didn’t have to sit in the waiting room. He’s always very professional and I enjoy talking to him.

Josh, our salesman at Buick of Huntsville, was the absolute best! He talked with my husband and I to learn what we were looking for then gave us plenty of time/space to review each vehicle on our own. He was near by, but not pushy which my husband and I really appreciated (not many salesmen are like that). We definitely would recommend Josh to anyone who might be in the market for a new vehicle. We bought a truck here today, and the service level we received from our salesman, Jesus, was awesome. He spent lots of time with us and answered all of our questions about the vehicle without any high pressure sales talk. He made the buying process so enjoyable and fun. He was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle. In addition, although we paid cash, Rahuel in the Finance Department put together our paperwork and got us all taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was also very helpful and friendly and explained everything as we went along. We are very pleased with this dealership, and would definitely buy from here again. One other mention....We came here in December to look at a Cadillac XT5, and although we actually ended up buying a Jaguar elsewhere that time, our salesman, Sam at Bentley was also very helpful and even congratulated us when we called to let him know we had chosen a different vehicle at another dealership. I love the "no pressure" sales approach at this dealership, and the friendly, easy-going sales people. Highly recommend!

Mo is great! She’s been helping us with any issues we have had (a couple recalls on GM, not the dealerships fault) and got us into a loaner car. The communication she has offered has been very helpful. She was able to order the parts and we are scheduled to go back in two weeks for the necessary repairs.
