I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years. Samantha is everything Bentley represents. Responsive, refined, incredibly knowledgeable, personable and zero pressure. Like a real life ChatGPT personal consultant with fun personality! Interacting with her it is clear she knows her product. She knew offhand the vehicle I called to discuss and her goal was to match vehicle with buyer’s wants. Samantha made the distance buying process very simple and stress free! And made it feel like buying from a long time friend. In today’s technology driven world the opportunity for dealerships to show true value offering is quickly shrinking. She’s only the second sales consultant out of 40+ vehicle purchases over thirty years that has been so impressive. Samantha will be the first person I contact in the future for another exotic vehicle purchase.

I visited Bentley Dallas excited to explore a few models. I sat in one car only because I opened the door myself — which is when the salesperson casually mentioned, “All our vehicle doors are locked.” And that was that. No offer to unlock anything. No invitation to experience the interior. Just locked doors and a locked-off attitude. I didn’t ask about price or affordability — only whether the trim was the most popular. After answering, the saleswoman went back to sit down, leaving me standing in a luxury showroom I apparently wasn’t meant to fully engage with. As a Black Latino professional and 5% earner, the vibe felt less like luxury and more like selective hospitality — the kind based on assumptions, not service. And that’s not exclusivity; that’s bad business. The contrast was immediate when I went to Lamborghini Dallas right after. Alexis and Brad treated me like royalty the moment I walked in. Open doors, open conversation, true luxury. And that’s where I’ll be buying my Lamborghini Urus next year as well as my other luxury editions. Bentley Dallas has beautiful cars, but if the doors stay locked for customers ready to buy, the experience speaks for itself.

So apparently this place is a museum. Not a car dealership. My 300k vehicle had to be towed with an electrical issue. I went to this museum Wednesday at 4pm was there for over 20 minutes I didn’t see a single person. Until I was walking out then I told them i was going to buy a car cash and he said well everyone is busy i walked the show room 2 times not 1 employee had a customer or was there a customer there. I guess because it’s Dallas and they judge you if you’re not in a suit. If any employee had ambition they would have seen my patek…

I was greeted by 1 person which was the lady at the front. I also noticed something which is funny... African American sales guys there need to be more friendly instead of look or walk pass another brother. Yall lost a great sale. Thanks!
