I've been servicing my car at Newport Bentley for many years and the service department is top notch. They really take care of the customer and the car. Scott my service advisor does a great job, always keeps me informed, and updated while my car is being serviced. I honestly recommend everyone to give Bentley Newport a try, and you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a used Bentley Continental GT Speed which needed a few touch-ups. They fixed everything I requested quickly and efficiently. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful service advisor. I also appreciate the service tech(s) that performed the maintenance. They are my go-to Bentley dealership.

Poor operation. I have consistently chosen this location for servicing my Bentley and purchasing genuine parts due to its proximity. Unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing. The level of attention and support provided for the Bentley brand appears minimal, with a clear focus placed on Porsche instead. As a result, my time is often wasted, and I leave without my needs being addressed, ultimately having to seek service elsewhere. This experience has been both frustrating and inefficient.
