I found the service department to be extremely helpful and cooperative. The extra touch of sending a video in email showing any work that they’ve done and how that work turned out is helpful and reassuring. While I appreciate the service I received and would highly recommend the company, I was surprised to find that there is no pick up and delivery for servicing the vehicle. This is a service offered by Mercedes-Benz Phoenix, and I think a similar service would be in keeping with the image and convenience you would expect from Bentley. Nevertheless, I will still give the company a five star rating. Excellent work.

I stopped by Bentley Scottsdale last Friday to check out one of their sweet whips they just got in stock. Nic and I took it for a quick drive, talked numbers, and about an hour or so later I left with my dream car. I can’t emphasize it enough how easy, stress free, and on ball these guys are. Anything I asked for regarding the history of the car, Nic immediately provided without exception. Thank you, Nic! I’ve bought a handful of cars in my life and I can unequivocally say the team here at Bentley Scottsdale is seriously the gold standard. No pressure, no stress, no worries, all action. Love it!! Great experience. Roman, Burkhard, Alexandra, all excellent to work with. Car was in my driveway within days of closing the deal, pristine condition. Highly recommend.

My overall experience was really good. Roman helped me through out the whole process. There was no hidden fees or nonsense add on. The whole team were professional and answered any questions I had.
