i just bought the Toyota 4Runner premium. but when i got the vehicle it doesn't have the premium features as advertised in the listings. it has all the trail features witch is the base model with stored engine codes.25. I required it to be shipped from Ohio to Wisconsin. I was told this would not be a problem. The shipping took a little longer than I thought it would. I received the vehicle after I paid in full. I was assured the vehicle would be fully cleaned and detailed before it arrived and it was not. It was completely filthy inside when it arrived. I have been trying to contact Ben the owner of the dealership to see what he can do and he’s just blowing me off. He seemed like a very nice guy when I was talking to him before I got the car. But it just seems he wants the car sold then just blows me off very upset about the whole situation due to this being my first dealership car.

Buyer be ware!!! Please please please do not purchase from this business. Very deceptive business practices. Ben sold me a vehicle that needed $2k worth of work to be safe. And another $6k of engine repairs. I, along with 5 others, have filed civil suits against him. He settles each case out of court. He has had atleast two Attorney general files opened against him. He is not an ethical or reputable car dealer. He falsifies paperwork and doesn’t include the correct values on the car sold or car traded in order to skip taxes. Please be very careful investing your money here. Yes he resolved my issues and returned my money but that was only after going the legal route.

The environment is super family-friendly, and they had me in and out with no stress. They were completely honest about everything that needed attention on the vehicle, and anything I didn’t like was either fixed on the spot or scheduled right away as soon as the parts came in. So my experience with these people was i bought a 2016 Dodge journey R/T they told me that they changed out the whole lower end, and the rear drive train. When i bought it they told me i had a 12k mile 1 year warranty front to back. Well come 2 months later im having issues with my breaks, my calipers are seizing up the, junkie mechanic that i guess they fired and sent to jail for stealing torqued my lug nuts on and they need to be drilled out. The calipers have been eating my rotors and when i went to get it handled under warranty they told me that i had no warranty! They wanted $120 to fix their mess up. On to of that ive already had to spend money to replace a bearing for the tone Ring.
