Helping to get my car fixed and back on the road in no time. Far less stressful than experiences I've had elsewhere. I highly recommend their service department.

Had a great first-ever service experience with Volvo. I scheduled the 10k service and a front windshield replacement on my XC90, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated them charging the battery, and they went above and beyond by buffing out a scrape on my bumper - totally unexpected and very much appreciated. wow, what an upgrade from Walker Acura! All the tech features Volvo offers- upgrades via over air, getting push notifications on the Volvo app saying you are due for maintenance… While I was getting my oil changed, I got a push notification saying “more work is recommended,” with pricing.. so nice that I got it while I was waiting.. and able to approve. EASY. Seamless. Efficient. When I took my car in for the oil change they vacuumed my drivers side and even did a basic wash. I highly recommend not only Volvo, but Bergeron Volvo. This is THE experience that I have never had. Thank you Bill and Billy! Excellent service- top notch! And Wesley who helped with my maintenance!

Cole in the service department was awesome to deal with, which is saying a lot when it comes to car service. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and actually takes pride in his work. Everything was handled efficiently and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.
