The staff was very friendly through the entire purchasing process. The process was essentially seemless with very little time spent at a desk. I was very happy with my purchase process. My salesman Van was very helpful in meeting my needs. I did not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership on the day I went to test drive the van. So I asked if he could meet me part way when we finished the paperwork and I took possession of the van the following week. We were able to schedule a time and place that worked well for both of us and I am very happy with my 2024 Pacifica.
