Bergey's Subaru of Hanover

I just got my first Subaru yesterday and had a perfect experience. It was quite refreshing to not have to experience pushy salesman at a car dealership. A past experience at a dealership a few doors down had me a little nervous, but all went exceptionally well. Mark was an awesome salesman and explained everything every step of the way. He made sure to introduce me to each of the employees that I came in contact with and spoke highly of everyone. I felt like we were in and out in no time at all. I will definitely be recommending Bergey's to others.

This was the third Subaru we’ve purchased from this dealership, but our first since Bergey’s took over. We were a little nervous that the experience might not be as enjoyable or seamless under different ownership, but we had nothing to worry about. We worked with Joe on our previous two purchases, and he was fantastic as always. This was our first time working with Danielle, and she was wonderful as well. Both of them were knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely easy to work with throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate how stress-free they made everything. We love our new car and will absolutely be back when the time is right for our next Subaru!

I had a wonderful overall experience with my 2026 Subaru Solterra lease, everything was straightforward and a super easy process. Price and payment done ahead of time, spend 1 1/2 hours signing paperwork and on my way in a jiffy. Mark was an excellent sales person highly recommend this place for anyone that needs a new or used Subaru. A bit of a drive for me but well worth the drive for a great experience. I’m extremely happy with my new Solterra!

Purchased my first Subaru last weekend. Thankfully I was able to make my purchase at Bergey’s in Hanover. Best vehicle purchase decision I’ve made. I can’t think of another time that I was able to get in and out in 2 hours. I worked with Brittany is Sales. She did a fantastic job. Loved working with Brittany. She is the best. I recommend anyone wanting a quality vehicle with even better customer service come to Bergey’s.

I recently started using their service shop for my non-Subaru vehicles recently, so i figured I would pull the trigger on a purchase there. Salesman Mark Knott and finance manage Jenna were awesome. Felt good about my final deal on a new Crosstrek Wilderness that i had my eye on with good equity on a trade-in. The overall vibe was epic. I guess I'll be skipping the Toyota service center up the street from now on, regardless of the vehicle models in my driveway.
