BERGKOETTER'S GARAGE

Purchased a pre owner 2012 Silverado from Ron Berkoetter (January 2021) and could not be more pleased, allow me to tell you about this buying experience. First, when I called a gentleman named Mic answered right away (no waiting for the prompts!) who was very kind and professional and did not give any unwanted "car salesman" type pressure. Then due to it being late in the day, the owner Ron stayed about 25 minutes after closing to wait for me to arrive to look at the truck, then about another 30 - 45 minutes while I looked at the truck and then did paperwork. Ron was very polite and very patient while I thoroughly looked over the vehicle in their very clean well lit shop. Even though it was after dark since they brought it inside I could see everything very well. They performed a fresh oil change on the truck, did a thorough inspection of the vehicle (I can't remember but I think he said they even did something with the brakes!). The truck was spotless, professionally detailed inside and out (even under the hood!). When we took it for a test drive his years of working in the automotive industry was clearly evident as he knew all kinds of things about the vehicle, even being 9 years old, of which he was telling me about so I could become familiar to maintain the vehicle. After the bank approved my financing picking up the truck was effortless, Ron had the truck backed in facing the street as clean as could be and he even TOPPED OF THE GAS! This was absolutely so much appreciated I cannot even fully explain how much I appreciated this! Overall I would purchase another vehicle from Rons garage without thinking twice, if you are a potential customer looking at a vehicle Ron is selling and having any reservations let me ease your mind and to tell you I never heard of St. Libory prior to finding the truck on CarGuRus mobile app, never heard of Bergkoetters-Chevrolet Buikc, but I am so glad I called them in the first place because from the moment I spoke to Mic on the phone to the moment I drove away in my new-to-me Silverado I felt as though they both treated me as a long time loyal customer. Couldn't have possibly had a better experience. They took great care of me and got me a great deal. I came all the way from Atlanta just to buy here, and I would do it again, no question.

My daughter recently bought a used car from here. They were amazing, even though it was used they explained everything about the car to her. They were great to work with!!!!

I needed an oil change and they were able to squeeze me in. Love that it's close to our home.
