Berglund Ford

Had a great experience working with Paul Poindextex on buy our new F-250. He was very responsive and awesome to work with. Would definitely recommend him and when in the market for our next new vehicle would go back to him in a heart beat. As for the whole staff at Berglund Ford that was great, nice, and helpful for the day we went up and picked up the truck.

My car was needing a customer satisfaction repair. I took it to Duncan Ford for the repair, they never touched the vehicle. I then took it to Berglund Ford and was treated like my business mattered. The repair took several hours and I was provided with a loaner to allow me to do the things I needed to do. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair and the return of my vehicle went so smoothly. I highly recommend Dean and his team at Berglund Ford!

I showed up and spoke to Bill, told him what I was interested in. They had the same model and build I was looking at online from Ford's website. He got me in it for a test drive and I was ready to discuss financing. They got me setup and I left with the car. No hassle no fuss. I will come back if I'm ever in the market for a new car.

It's Berglund Automotive Group...numerous shady dealerships. I purchased a vehicle in Marietta Ohio a Chevrolet dealer. They did some engine work on the car I purchased. The engine work "failed," the dealership in Ohio told me to take it to any Chevrolet dealership and warranty would be honored. Berglund in Roanoke VA after a week of "conversations" they performed the engine work but did not correct the engine gasket that had failed and was part of the "original" engine work. I found out about the "Automotive Group" of Berglund when I purposely had engine oil changes completed at one of the locations. They would tell me: "it looks like your oil was changed recently"...I would smile but I would check the dipstick level and it kept showing well above the fill level. I finally confessed to the dealership what was occurring. He said the mechanic just finished and we will check it together. The oil level above, above the fill level. We asked the mechanic and he said he "thought/thought" the oil capacity for that vehicle was 5 quarts. The "universal system"(??) they used showed 4 quarts for that vehicle. Long story shorter: the engine failed "totally." They/Berglund blamed it on me. My lawyer told me if I take it to court I would win but the cost would not be worth the trouble. The pure "BS" I was hearing from Berglund and they would tell me "try this and come back in 2 weeks." They put engine sealant in oil system...leaks never stopped. One day I drove car about 8 miles from home. Came back and turned the key and it was like the car lifted up off the ground...it was called "hydro-lock"...when coolant goes where coolant should not go. The gasket failed completely. **KEEP THIS IN MIND: NEW CARS SELL THEMSELVES BUT USED CARS NEED TO BE SOLD BY CROOKS!!

I want to wish my F550 work truck an early 2 month birthday sitting at Berglund service while my company pays the payment and insurance. Unfortunately due to having ford pass I know it has not moved in 19 days. Yes, I have called dozens of times and no- no one answers the phone and no one calls back. Yes I have called Ford Corporate and they cannot get service to answer their calls either. So, another truck and ins payment is getting ready to be made, another month without a truck the company bought to do a job. I hate making this review as my sales person, Craig Balzar is awesome, but he sells them and does not fix them.
