I had my first car buying experience at Bergstrom. Everyone I meant there was so friendly and caring! The salesman I went through Sawyer and Cody made sure I absolutely loved my vehicle, and explained everything so well since I was relatively new to this experience. I will definitely be coming back here! They made sure the car was in pristine condition before I took it home, filled it up with a full tank of gas, and even helped me set up everything and made sure I understood the technology of the car. Very happy with the work done especially considering the car I brought in was an inch from totaled. Service manager seems to be for the customer always friendly and willing to answer questions. The service techs that I interacted with all had a smile. Probably the smoothest repair I've had for damage to a vehicle
