Bergstrom Chevrolet of Appleton

I went into Bergstrom/Appleton to pick up my car that had been in for repairs. I asked to speak to a salesperson to see what my car was worth, and that turned into me buying a 2026 Red Chevy Trax. I dealt with Tonya. She was very knowledgeable about the car and made buying very easy. Love the car!!!

I have been working with Ethan Newby on my Trax. He originally helped me secure my lease a few years ago in the color that I wanted (which was HARD to track down at the time) just this week, he helped me buy my lease out early. I knew what I wanted, I knew the terms, and he was able to convince me to come in earlier than I planned (which saved me money) and got me in and out in two hours with a nice mini detail of the Trax. He of course offered me product, but wasn't too pushy when I said no. He was considerate of my time and very accommodating. Thanks Ethan! Won't be back for several years now that I have my permanent car, but wanted to share my appreciation

On Saturday my wife and I bought a new to us 2024 GMC Terrian. The experience at Bergstrom Chevy appleton could not have been better. Our sales rep was Cody and he was amazing. Even though we were not huge spenders, we treated us like we were VIPs. Quick to respond to texts, listened to what we wanted and found the right fit and made everything so easy. Cannot recommend Bergstrom or Cody more. If you are looking for a new car start there.

I worked with Tonya to purchase a new vehicle. She was great! Immediately when I arrived she had the car parked up front with the keys inside and let me test drive. I personally don’t enjoy having someone follow me and pressure me into purchasing. She completely let me do my thing and didn’t pressure me at all! She answered all my questions and was very honest through out the entire process. When I’m ready to upgrade in a few years I’m definitely going back to her! It was a great experience! Overall it was a great experience! Bergstrom made my purchase fast and easy!

LOVE THIS PLACE!! My sales representative Shawn B. is amazing! He was straight forward, didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra or something for a higher cost! I have had the car now for about 2 weeks and he has reached out once a week to check to make sure things are going well, to see if I have any question / comers! Overall 10/10 recommend !!
