Bergstrom Enterprise BMW

After a couple months of searching for the perfect CPO x3 m40i, we found it at Bergstrom. Price was competitive, condition excellent. Only one problem, it was 2,000mi away from me (Southern CA). Enter Dave P, who within hours had given me a virtual tour of the car, put it on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage via video, pointed out all the aspects I asked about. About as good of a virtual walkthrough as one could give. Put me right at ease, no pressure applied. A few days later we had processed numbers and sent the wire. Dave helped to prep and load the car onto the enclosed trailer. 5 days later it arrived at my home, and after a wash, is looking spectacular. Simple, honest, efficient. This is how I would describe my experience overall as an out of state customer. They could have assumed that I wasn’t worth their time (most dealers would have). But we each kept our word on each step, and it ended up being one of the easier buying processes I’ve had. Just waiting on title to be finalized, but have temp tags for the time being (and they set it up so could legal drive on delivery). Thanks again!

i made an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation and asked for a total was told $120.00. i arrived at the BMW dearer ship on victory lane in appleton. After being check in by Chase he stated he was going to take pictures incase of any damage to protect them from damage or to protect myself from any damage incurred from them. i went to the waiting room, Chase came and asked if i wanted a car wash, i said sure. i was called back to check out and the bill was over $200.00, i stated i was quoted $120.00, he was kind enough to make the adjustment of $120.00 for the oil change but charged me for the tire rotation totaling $179.93. i was also told i would need new tires within a year. keep in mind i bought my car feb of 2024. they stated when i bought the car the tire thickness was 6 2/3. i am now at 4 2/3. less than one year, less than 10,000,00 miles and that much wear and tear on the tires. then to top it off i go out to get into my car and the “carwash” left scratches on three sides of my car. i showed Chase and he said oh well i didn't take pictures. went and got another person ok well i guess we will have it buffed out. i made a comment about the “carwash” not being up to bergstrom standards and was told told they do the best they can with the weather. they was cars outside? i am not dumb and will not be quiet about the tires or just the scratches being buffed out. it will need to be my whole car buffed out.

We had an amazing sales advisor, Nick. We came to BMW, not knowing we were going to buy one. We just wanted to check out every type of luxury car that Bergstrom had then make our decision End of story, we never left his showroom and we bought a BMW X3 that day !! We actually fell in love with BMW and Nick !! He was so professional, fun, and answered every question without going to his boss. Nick is definitely a BMW guy and knows EVERYTHING about them. Absolutely amazing experience. We have had our car for a couple weeks now and have never looked back. We made the best decision and that was because Nick helped us make that decision. I have purchased my 22' Bmw X5. My sales person was Clayton, what an amazing guy who knows what a great service means. I would also like to say thank you to the finance manager. She also helped me out very much for making this buying purchase very easy. I would highly recommend this dealership. I was looking for this specific color combo and the package combo which is very rare and the closest location was here in WI. I'm originally from PA, so I had to catch a flight to get there and finalize my purchase. This great experience was worth the flight. Thank you again to this amazing team.
