⭐☆☆☆☆ This is hands down one of the most negative reviews I have ever written. I am genuinely disgusted by my experience. My family had known the salesman for years, which makes this even more disappointing. The trust I had is gone. When nearing the end of my Honda lease, Bergstrom Honda said my vehicle had around $3,800 in damage. Hoping for better options, I went to Bergstrom Hyundai. There, the salesman told me it had around $6,000 in damage and pushed leasing another vehicle at roughly $600 per month. It felt like the focus was steering me into a new deal rather than giving me straight facts. What really upset me: When I turned the Honda in, they charged absolutely nothing for the alleged damage. Those thousands in supposed issues vanished. This destroyed my trust in the information I was given. I felt pressured with alarming numbers that never materialized. I know Hyundai makes decent cars, and for someone who might want one, that’s perfectly fine. But just be wary of this dealership so no one gets taken advantage of. If you go anyway, get everything in writing, verify claims independently (especially damage estimates), and don’t make big financial decisions based on verbal numbers alone. I expect they may reach out. My opinion won’t change. Trust lost this way isn’t fixed with a call or apology. The outcome speaks for itself.

We’ve purchased many vehicles, many different makes over the past 30+ years. We had the absolute best car buying experience at this Bergstrom Hyundai location in Appleton! Our sales person, Lucas, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the car we chose, he was calm and patient answering all my questions. He was not pushy. We felt relaxed and confident that he helped us get the best vehicle at the best price for our needs!

Our purchase of a new Hyundai Tucson from Bergstrom Hyundai of Appleton was great. The Sales Advisor, Chris, was very personable, professional, and took time to answer any and all questions we had about the vehicle and financing. They were able to find and get the vehicle we wanted from another dealer. When we picked up the vehicle the Product Genius, Ali, went through and demonstrated how to use everything on the vehicle. We were given a tour of the dealership which included the service department, everything throughout the dealership is very clean and organized. Nick, the Team Lead, was also very friendly. A five-star experience.

I recently purchased a 2026 Palisade at Bergstrom Hyundai and it was a very positive experience. Our sales person, Evan, was very helpful and low pressure. There was great communication throughout the process which made for a very smooth transaction. I love my new Palisade. Highly recommend the vehicle and the dealership. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Rodney Leech III was such fantastic help for me and my family. We have been facing a difficult credit situation for a while now, but Mr. Leech was able to work some magic and get us a car that was better than anything I expected to get. We left the lot with an awesome 2021 Sonata Hybrid, and I am so thankful for Mr. Leech's dedication to making it happen.
