Went looking a new bronco for the wife. Went to 2 other Ford dealerships and was not impressed. Stop by Berkeley Ford and what a "Ray of sunshine" this dealership is!!! Was greeted by the owner which was a 1st in 40 years of car buying!!! Told him that I was just looking and he asked if I wanted a sales person or just to look on my own. I chose to walk around and the selection was great! Spent about 30 minutes walking around and picked a couple to test drive. Went back inside and the owner got me with Mr Kareem.He spent the time with me to test drive 5 and I asked for a price on one. NO haggling and the price was the cheapest of other 2 dealers. They offered me 1500 more on my trade and when I went thru finance Miss Ashley Turner was the best. Didn't try to fast talk or sale every warrenty and insurance in the book!!! I asked about a maintenance plan and she took the time to price them. Had a great experience and wife got a new Bronco.

Extremely happy with my purchase of my new F150. Kimmie, Joey and Michael located the exact truck I was looking for and had it delivered to me the next day. Terms and conditions were easily excepted with no hassles. The owner Louie will work with you and ensure you get the best deal. The truck was cleaned and delivered to me in a timely fashion. I seen the truck on the internet and used the automated option to see if it was available. The dealership text me and I got a phone call from Alonzo and I couldn't answer at the time. He texted me letting me know it was there and he was there to assist me. I called him later that afternoon (Tuesday) . I talked to him and told him I was going to come look at it on Saturday. I worked it out where I could be there Friday morning. I called him Thursday to see if it was there and tell him I was going to be there Friday morning. ( it was his day off and he answered and told me it was still available). We arrived and found out someone else was wanting to come get it this morning. He made it work out that I had the chance to check it out and see if I was going to get it. Dealing with Alonzo was great. He is a man that sales cars not a salesman. He never pushed me to do anything or to hurry up. He let me take my time and was there for my questions. Great doing business with him. I would deal with him anytime. The business manager Ashley was wonderful,Professional, and a pleasure to deal with. She had everything worked out before she came to get me. She made the painful part not painful. This was a wonderful purchasing experience I would drive 147 miles again to do business with them.
