Rich was extremely helpful but most of all pleasant to work with. I was doubtful when I first arrived at Berkshire Mazda but ended up being very surprised with the generous offer for my trade but also with understanding my situation and getting me into a car I can actually afford and foresee paying off one day. I def recommend going to Berkshire Mazda for your next purchase. Normally I wouldnt recommend making your vehicle purchases in the berkshires.

Another excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from Berkshire Mazda! After the unfortunate loss of my previous Mazda in an accident, Scott and co. helped tremendously in getting me back behind the wheel of a replacement (and slight upgrade!). While I wish it were under better circumstances, I knew I could count on the Berkshire Mazda team to help me through the situation. The whole process was quick and I was in a new CX-50 Hybrid before I knew it. Everyone at Berkshire Mazda is exceptionally personable, helpful, and definitely have their customers' best interest in mind. Absolutely recommended for reliability, quality, and customer service!

Zac was an amazing salesman and also so much help. He listened to what I was looking for and the price range that I wanted. He spent time going through the options that would be the best fit. He had excellent communication and kept me updated via text on the steps to my car being ready for pickup which I highly appreciated. The overall dealership is beautiful and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and pleasant. Bonus Mazdas are great cars and I am in love with mine!
