Victor Medina is the way to go. From the start, he met us halfway with kindness, in depth responses, and an effort to solve our needs, not just sell. His title is “sales consultant” and that is the perfect way to put it. He is there to guide you and support your needs, none of that pushy sales demeanor. We were looking to buy for our 22 year old daughter who had zero experience with the market. Victor matched us with a cost effective, efficient, luxurious HRV deal. Extremely happy with our purchase and even more happy with the service and professionalism we were met with on Victors end. I have bought 5 cars from this bernardi honda dealership. This was my best experience ever. My salesman Julio was very friendly and helpful. He helped me navigate through this Experience. He was not pushy and always showed a calm demeanor. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Then he passed me onto the finance specialist Tyla. She presented me with all the options available but never seemed pushy. She was able to get me a very competitive rate. In talking to Tyla, it always seemed as though she had my best interests in mind. These two young employees at Bernardi Honda made for a pleasant buying experience.
