Was looking for a specific Infiniti for my wife. Found it online at Berryland Motors. Drove 3 hours to get it. My salesman Roy and the other staff, made this the easiest, most pleasurable time I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Genuine, honest, down to earth and truly great people. You can tell quickly that character and integrity is a big reason this dealership has been around for a while. So we get the car home and noticed that evening when the auto lights came on, one of the rear tail lights was out. Well, I looked online for several days for a used one because Infiniti wanted $385 for a new one. I found a few for 150ish and I was ok with that. Then I decided to call Roy to see if he could get a deal anywhere and maybe save me a few bucks. Told him what it was, part # and everything. He did his searching and called me back a little later and told me that a replacement tail light would be at my house in 4-5 days. I told him I didn’t mind paying for it but he insisted that he take care of it. That’s what I’m talking about. Taking care of customers. You just don’t find that nowadays. But you will at Berryland Motors. That’s why I hope tons of people read this and consider buying from them if they’re in the market for a good quality used vehicle and know that they will not regret it. I can’t recommend them enough.

I would say this is a great place to purchase your next car. They are very understanding in most to all circumstances. The staff are very friendly and really do care about not just your services but you as a whole. They are very family oriented which made the car buying experience an amazing experience. Will return for my next vehicle and recommend to all family and friends. 10/10

It’s December 8th 2023 at 9:02 am I received a phone call. 3 days prior The 5th, I read on Berry land’s website about a blowout sale on a particular camper I was looking for. I I Called over there talked to a salesman about the ad. Salesman said yes we have it. I drove 3 hours to see it. The first unite he took me in was the wrong unite. Salesman stated this is the stock number. After looking at several units we found the correct camper to the listening & matching picture. So the website shows this sale unite but a different stock number. At the time No one wanted to address or admit the fact that there was a error on website, which would have been understandable. The camper I went there for was now $4,000 more. After no resolution to the problem. I left hoping they would honor the deal for the original camper price. For the rest of the day all I received from the salesman was text wanting to know when I was coming back in. I Told him the deal was off. Today the 8th the sales manager call me asking was I ready to come back in. I explain, No & why not. He preceded to bypass the answer and address the issue of the wrong picture with the wrong stock number. He became extremely rude and agitated, and started to increase his voice tone and cutting me off. The last thing he said to me was that I did not know what the “HELL” I was talking about and hung up in my face. If I could give him a negative -00 NO STAR RATING I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I could only imagine what service would be like after the sale

I bought a 2011 explorer from these guys and this is absolutely the best car dealer around . Super easy buying experience, super nice People. No pressure sales . There vehicles are clean , well maintained. They went above and beyond after the sale. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from them . If your in the market for a vehicle, stop by and talk to them .if they dont have what you want they can get it .

This is the place to buy a used car. Clean lot and car's. Very friendly staff 😉
