Shout out to the Service Department!! Just bought a used Tahoe from Carvana and asked Bertera to do an inspection to make sure it was in good shape. I was somewhat conscious considering I didn’t purchase it through Bertera, but I wanted to bring it to a certified Chevy Dealer. They were more than happy to do this service for me and they made it painless! I had to reschedule a couple times, but they were super patient, understanding and accommodating! I was in and out in 1 hour. Got a cool walk through video of my vehicle inspection, explaining what they were checking. How cool?! Even the sales room staff were welcoming when I came in.
