Front door pickup of my vehicle was great, instead of me sitting in the waiting room (which is nice). I was at home getting things done that I needed done. Service dept did a great job with the work on my car, called me with additional info on work that will need done within a year, so I opted to have work completed now. Additional work was also completed in a timely manor, and my car was returned to my driveway before the end of day. I have always gotten great service from Beshore and Koller.. And I look forward to getting my next vehicle from them.

Drove up from Maryland to purchase my first truck (2021 Ranger) through this dealership. This is also my first time purchasing a car from a regular dealership in general. Don was my salesman and he was great. I didn't feel rushed, or pushed into the purchase. Don answered all my questions regarding the truck and showed me how to work everything. We even had a nice general conversation while taking it out for a test drive. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend Beshore & Koller. Their technicians are highly skilled and have saved me money compared to other Ford dealerships in the area. It’s always a pleasure working with Tammy in the service department — she’s friendly, professional, and very helpful. Great customer service all around.

Beshore and Koller is always a pleasure to work with. They are always pleasant and answer my questions respectfully. The recall work on my car was completed in a timely fashion. I am very happy with their service and feel fortunate to have a dealership I can trust.

A recall was initiated by Ford on the rear camera. Service was efficient and completed successfully. I noticed the difference in the view from the camera. A nice clean sharp image. It is much better than the view prior to the recall. I’m very happy with the view.
