AVOID this dealership at all costs. GM is extremely unprofessional. Jack turned what was supposed to be one of the best experiences - buying a new lambo! Into a nightmare. Run! Don’t walk away from this dealership.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I was given a 2018 Porsche Macan as a loaner vehicle from Bentley Bespoke Motor Group. While driving, a truck kicked up debris that cracked the windshield. Instead of working with my insurance company, they attempted to charge me $7,252.73 directly on my credit card. This was not a Bentley, and nowhere in the loaner agreement does it state that I’m required to repair the vehicle only through their service center. On top of that, the insurance claim was already open and in process, yet they still tried to push the full cost onto me. For a dealership that prides itself on servicing high-end clients, this behavior is appalling. Customers paying luxury prices should not be subjected to unfair charges, hidden policies, and billing tactics that feel predatory. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Bentley Bespoke Motor Group—read the fine print and be ready for them to put their profits ahead of their customers.
