Best Buy Pre-Owned

We came across Best Buy Pre-Owned randomly when searching for Jeeps on Facebook...and are so glad we did!! What an awesome little dealer with a wide range of vehicles... especially jeeps. There were so many unique ones to choose from. I saw a Smoky Mountain Edition jeep and instantly fell in love. John was amazing to work with. He was so kind and was willing to work with us. I highly recommend checking out Best Buy Pre-Owned if you are in the market to get a vehicle. The prices are extremely fair for the value of the vehicles.

Purchased a BMW from this place and it blew up within a month and a half. Total engine failure-engine replacement needed. I asked to return this lemon and was refused the return and they would only offer to "partially" cover this major (and expensive) failure. Now I'm stuck paying for a useless car for a couple years.

I got my beautiful Jeep from John at Best Buy Pre owned! He stayed late for me twice and worked with my work schedule to get things done with me, and he made the process easy to understand and painless! I traded my car in with him as well. I would definitely recommend checking his vehicles out and supporting his business when looking for a new car!!

In need of a new car, the owner was really patient and informative with my boyfriend and I buying our first cars. My boyfriend and I were driving by and saw a car for sale that caught our eyes. We talked to John the owner and he let us test drive it. As a first time buyer he was very informative, answered all of our questions and gained a very trusting relationship with us. As a shy and quiet type he helped me feel comfortable to ask anything I wanted to know as well as giving advise for a first time car buyer. If there were any issues with the cars (which was mainly cosmetic) John helped us fix it or informed us of local shops he trusted to take our to. We bought two cars from him so far that run and look great. If I ever want or need a car in the future I will definitely go to him first instead of a main and other small dealerships.

John at BEST BUY is both professional and fair to do business with. I traded my 07 Wrangler in for a newer wrangler at BEST BUY and the transaction was painless, quick and smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to buy there again in the future.
