He walked me hand and hand through the loan process, he found the cheapest way to pay the loan. I bought a car 46 days ago with them I never received the title, it was send 17 days after sale It was returned because they send it certified ( unasked ) and told me they make a mistake and that It was going to a financial institution, I called and Carlos always lies to call back and never would , now I cannot register my car or extend the temporary registration , they don’t have the sense of urgency to expedite the process , the title was delivered back to the dealership this morning and they would not call me as they promised, I called them and they have no one to check in the mail room to confirm it’s there Carlos was busy with a customer then i called the lady and Carlos took issue with after he did not even call me back 30 minutes later ? Carlos just knows to lie , ( said the lady have been there for 3 weeks then changed its two months ) He said they have 45 days to mail the title and I am the only one that complain about title ! Well don’t follow my mistake buying a car with them ! I bought it cash” In this entire ordeals no one never said “ sorry that I haven’t gotten your title 46 days after sale I hanged the phone on him after he was urging too much and Carlos said that “ No, we only send title to customers just to help them out. You’re trying to be disrespectful to me. I’m not gonna send it. Come pick it up.” Well don’t follow my mistake buying a car with them !
