Best Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Called Best Chrysler to set up service for a check engine light. They were able to fit me in the schedule the next day, which, with my schedule was very convenient. They resolved my issue and were very nice to work with. My only complaint would be that they could've communicated better. They had my truck for three days, understandably, but I had to check in with them at the end of Each day to find out the status of The work. I feel like a lot of service centers are this way, But this would be an easy way to stand out from the crowd. I will definitely return to them for service though.👍🏼

I am very pleased with my experience at Best Chrysler Dodge RAM. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the showroom. Brian Gajdzisz, my sales representative, was a pleasure to work with. Although he was a relative newcomer to the sales team, he went above and beyond in his efforts to get me the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. I had a lot of questions, and if he didn’t have the answers right at hand, he went out of his way to make sure I got the information I wanted. Brian was always polite, respectful and friendly, and the dealership would do well to make every effort to hang on to him!! He would be an asset to any business and a great example of what a sales representative should be. I have been a customer in many sales transactions over the years and I have been a sales representative myself, before my retirement, so I know what I am talking about! Brian is truly what every dealership should look for in a representative for their business!! I would be remiss if I did not add a word about Christian Hanley, the credit department manager. Chris was also amazing in his efforts to make my experience more accommodating. He had the answers for all my questions and got me a deal I felt comfortable with. He, like Brian Gajdzisz, went the extra mile to make sure I was happy! Having a service performed here is never a chore. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and professional. The service was thorough and quick…in and out in about 30 minutes for an oil change and inspection. Not to mention the waiting room chairs are super comfy (the little things are important, too!).

I had such a great experience from start to finish. The team kept me informed every step of the way, and I drove off the same day in a gorgeous Jeep Grand Cherokee. David was an absolute pleasure to work with, and the GM Patrick truly went above and beyond. The level of care and customer service made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

2024 Ram 2500 Laramie, rear plate light not shutting off so I drove it in. LED lighting, they unplugged it and made me an appointment. Diagnosis found a corroded wire and replaced it. Took a couple of hours to track down and they had offered to drive me home early on but I waited in the lounge. Best news for me was all covered by the warranty!
