No run arounds, no hassles, and I was able to get approved for a Truck in under 30 minutes and I left with the Truck same day.

I had a great and very streamlined experience at Best Deals Auto. I had ample time to test drive the vehicle I wanted, and to have a pre-purchase inspection done at a local shop. The car was fairly advertised and was exceptionally clean, and there were no surprises. After getting a good idea of the value of the car and how much I was willing to pay during the PPI, Justin was reasonable and responsive to negotiation. We quickly agreed upon a fair price. Once we had agreed, I was out the door and driving off within 30 mins. Overall a great experience, very low stress, and I adore my car. Thank you Justin and Jodie.

Ali gave excellent customer service from the very first phone call. Even though it was his first day as a salesman, he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and immediately assisted us with the vehicles we wanted to view. He explained the luxury vehicle pre-approval process before test driving, which we completely understood and respected. Jodee also stood on her word and worked diligently trying to help get me approved, even following up with helpful information the next morning by text. I gave 3 stars only because the dealership couldn’t partner with certain banks, even though I was approved through 3 lenders. However, I would definitely return in the future — especially if I get to work with Ali again. He has a great attitude, a very welcoming smile, and I truly enjoyed my experience with him.
