I had actually stopped in to look at a truck & ended up telling them the problem with my driver door,that I didn’t use,made an appointment for today so they could look at it & they were able to fix my door so that it actually works correctly & very reasonable cost & under an hour!!! Every other body shop I called said we don’t do that because it’s a small job!! Thank you so much Bettcher & crew for making my day fantastic!!! Everyone was friendly,helpful & understanding that I was very nervous about trusting someone else with my truck as I’ve been with my mechanic 14 years & he’s the only one who’s been trusted with my truck,now I have someone else who I know I can trust!!! Thank you again!!!

I just bought my vehicle from Bettcher's today, and it was by far the easiest and best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! The mechanics were great, when I asked why there was a light on the dash they immediately drove it into the shop to make sure it wasn't anything that needed replaced, made completely sure that I knew what it was, kept me informed and put my mind at ease. The office staff was absolutely amazing and she made the entire application process as simple as possible, answered all of the questions that I had, and within a few hours of submitting my loan application, I was already picking out which vehicle I could afford with absolutely ZERO pressure to spend more than I had planned to! Not one person tried to pressure me into purchasing something outside of my set price range, and the whole thing was seamless, VERY easy, and VERY quick! This is the place to buy a used vehicle! I received absolutely wonderful service. Christi, the manager, is just awesome! I bought a car and they worked with me on the financial side. The car need a few repairs and they fixed every issue the vehicle had. If you want professional and excellent service buying a vehicle, check this place out. I would highly recommend them to you! It is really nice to have a business serving us that actually cares about their customers!

This is the place to go for a good used car! I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the whole process. Nothing was hidden everything was very honest. I will go back for my car services as well. Such a great company to do so much for the community!! 100 PERCENT TRUST AND LOVE THEM!
