Betten Honda

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Dwayne and the team at Betten Honda for everything they did to get me into a vehicle over the last couple of days. To keep it short, life has had its share of ups and downs lately, and I honestly didn’t think getting approved was going to be possible. My credit isn’t great, and I didn’t have much money to put down, but Dwayne never made me feel like I wasn’t worth helping. He worked hard through a tough deal, treated me with respect from start to finish, and the team at Betten Honda found a way to get me into a payment that fit my budget. Everyone was professional, patient, and respectful throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely works with you instead of against you, I highly recommend Betten Honda. And if you get the chance, ask for Dwayne, you’ll be in great hands. Thank you again for making something I thought was impossible happen.

Had a good buying experience at Betten-Baker Honda, Chris Merwin in the used car sales department was able to hook me up with a sweet civic si! Took it for a drive and loved it. After that he was able to give me a good deal on the car and in a few hours I went from no car to a nice new to me Honda. Definitely recommend the guys Betten-Baker Honda if your in the market for a vehicle!

Bait & Switch Company! I worked with Betten Honda in Muskegon on 5/18 regarding a 2025 Black Accord Hybrid I was interested in purchasing. Brad from the dealership initially reached out and told me he couldn’t currently locate the vehicle but would work on finding it for me. I still made the trip to the dealership and test drove a white Accord Hybrid to get a feel for the vehicle. After returning from the test drive, I was informed that the black Accord had supposedly sold earlier that same day. I am reviewing almost everyday online looking for a black 2025 Honda Accord and notice the car that apparently sold on 5/18-5/19 is somehow still showing as available online every day. Fast forward to 5/27 — I started looking online again and noticed that the exact same vehicle I had originally inquired about is still being advertised on Betten Honda’s website, along with several other vehicle listing sites. The listing even shows a price update from today. If the vehicle was truly still available, you would think someone from the dealership would have reached back out to sell it. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about doing business with this company. I ultimately found a Honda I liked from an out-of-state dealership, and they are delivering the vehicle directly to me. Tyler Barron is the best! I had an amazing experience working with Tyler Barron when getting my 2019 Honda Accord.
