Worked with Hunter for test driving a Santa Cruz all-wheel drive activity package mini truck. He was knowledgeable about vehicle features, package upgrades and warranty information. Our questions were answered thoroughly and any needs we had were met. His professional knowledge coupled with his friendly demeanor and professionalism as a salesperson made the process an overall smooth transaction. The Santa Cruz has the perks of utility and comfort and feel close enough to my previous luxury car. Just crossed the first thousand miles moving my daughter home from college and very pleased with the 28 mpg!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience here was! Brandon from the start was incredibly kind and helpful in helping find the right vehicle for me. He made the process smooth and easy. When we came in to sign papers Hunter and Austin were also great! Super nice guys and just a great experience with zero pressure and stress! Highly recommend!

Definitely disappointed with the service. Took my New Cadillac Escalade in for an oil change. After waiting over an hour and a half, it was complete. The service driver who was covered in grease drove it to meet me. I opened the door and the mat liner was already taken out which means he didn't have it down when he got in it. Then the side panel of the drivers door was covered in grease. The interior is a cream color!! I immediately went to the office staff to report it. He came over with some cleaner and tried to get it off. He then proceeded to tell me I should get some higher strength cleaner to wash it off. Not the experience or mess I planned on. This is a brand new vehicle and definitely don't think a service/maintenance guy should be driving it out when they are clearly covered in grease/dirt ECT. Then to be told that I need to clean it, is completely unacceptable.

THEY REPLIED SAYING THINGS GOT RESOLVED BUT NOTHING HAS!!! IT IS TIME TO POST THE SCREENSHOTS!! I WANTED TO AVOID GOING THERE!!!! I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY CLEAR ANSWERS!!! I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. My experience has been extremely unprofessional and stressful from the beginning. I was told my updated contract would be sent to GLS, but it still has not been provided to them. There are discrepancies between the contracts, with my paperwork showing one payment amount while GLS has something completely different. GLS has repeatedly tried contacting the dealership to resolve the issue with no success. I also purchased a warranty that turned out to be very misleading and did not cover part of the engine repairs I needed. On top of that, I still have not received my registration, license plate, or complete contract paperwork. I have already been pulled over because of their failure to handle the registration properly. To make matters worse, the dealership has continued sending me contracts and threatening to take my car if I do not sign them. This entire process has felt dishonest, unorganized, and extremely stressful. At this point, I have contacted an attorney regarding these issues. Thankfully, I made copies of all documents before returning anything to them. I would not recommend doing business here unless you want to deal with contract issues, poor communication, and questionable business practices. Just to let EVERYONE KNOW NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED AT ALL!!!! THEY HAVE NOT EMAIL ME BACK BESIDES THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!! I AM PRETTY SURE THERY ARE TRYING TO BLAME ME FOR THEIR MISTAKES!! ALL I WANT IS THE NEW CONTRACT, LICENSE PLATE, REGISTRATION, AND JUST AN APOLOGY!
