This was perfect! My vehicle had a failure on Stoney Trail and I reached out to Big 4 right away. Heidi took all of my info and had my repair scheduled within 5 minutes- very organized and seamless. Next, I was introduced to Raj, a Service Advisor that was immediate in communicating- articulate and to the point in a very friendly and service oriented tone. My repair was done just ahead of schedule and within the parameters of the very reasonable quotation. Finally, I met with Rob Coleman the General Manager of Big 4. It quickly became clear why their operation is great to deal with- because Mr. Coleman is! The interaction I saw him have with his team members was workplace perfect and very customer centric- Great leadership and team membership from the top through to the team members. I can’t rave about this place enough from the service desk staff to the shuttle driver. Everyone is so nice and very efficient. I saw them regularly for my 2014 dodge caravan and never felt pressured into repairs, they were honest or safety issues versus could wait items which was resssuring. They set the bar high for other dealerships. We recently bought a different brand car and today I have been reminded that my new dealership is no big 4 motors. Highly recommend this place!
