I wanted to wait until I had owned the car for a little while before leaving a review, and overall I’ve been really happy with my purchase from Big Country Auto. The car has driven great so far, and Orion was friendly, easy to work with, and made the buying process feel smooth and low pressure. After owning the vehicle for a couple months, I did notice a few cosmetic things I didn’t catch during the purchase process, so I’d definitely recommend taking your time and inspecting any used vehicle closely before buying. That being said, I still really like the car overall and appreciate how easy Orion and everyone at Big Country Auto was to work with.

From the initial conversation, I knew these were guys I could work with. First person I talked to was Chad and he helped me like I wanted to be helped. He made it extremely easy instead of acting like most car places! These guys were straight shooters through the entire process and have exceeded my expectations. Everything they told me has happened and they’ve been quick to respond at all times. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Big Country and the staff I worked with. A++ Thanks guys!

Orion messaged me on Fb marketplace there. I was looking more so to trade in for an older gm k2500 but I was also looking for a good daily that fit my baises and found a impala with the body style i liked. I got there late but Orion made it a quick process. I recommend working asking for Orion, pretty chill guy. If i get another vehicle from a dealership I'd see how he can help me befor3 going to another dealership.

Thoroughly impressed with the staff at this location. They were attentive, informative, and an all around delight to work with. Brian was very helpful with any and all questions I had and very kind. Additionally, Dustin was an exceptional finance manager to work with. I recommend this place to anyone who needs reliable service!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from these guys. They will scam you. We were told one thing and they completely turned it into a problem. They told us as long as we have communication, they could do payments for a down payment and tried getting the whole amount at once. They have charged my card twice without any authorization. We bought a car from there and within two weeks it died. They told us to take it to get the battery checked and if it was bad to bring it in and they will replace it. Showed them the receipt of a bad battery and we were told they couldn’t replace it. We have to now buy a new battery and they took the money out of my account that I was going to use for said battery. DO NOT BUY.
