Gabe at Big Country Ford in Brownwood was fantastic to work with! Since I was driving in from the Dallas area, he handled most of the process ahead of time through email and text, which made everything incredibly easy. When I arrived, he had everything ready to go and got me in and out quickly. The entire car-buying experience was smooth, stress-free, and effortless. I really appreciated his communication, professionalism, and respect for my time. Highly recommend Gabe if you’re looking for an easy and enjoyable car-buying experience!

This is not a review of the staff, as customer service in the service department is top notch. This rating is concerning pricing. I was quoted $1300 to replace my vehicle’s heater hose and oil pressure sensor. I ended up getting a second opinion from a reputable, local shop who ended up quoting me A THIRD of that price - a big difference to say the least. I’m not sure how pricing is determined, but my suggestion would be to make it a bit more competitive compared to the local market.

Great customer service in the service department! Stephany in the service department is super nice and always easy to contact and get updates. I’ve been twice and both times were quick and easy and they replaced my entire engine for free due to a recall. 10/10

I recently visited here for the second oil change for my new Ford F-150 I purchased from them. They gave me one free oil change, which I thought was bit cheap could’ve been at least two free oil changes but whatever. My first visit here was okay. I found out that you have to schedule an appointment ahead of time to get serviced here, which again is what it is. Even having an appointment I still waited over an hour for the service to be completed. My second visit I scheduled ahead of time, and the website listed The Works service at approximated $65. Again, no big deal. When the service was complete after 1.5 hours, the sales person comes and tells me that the price was wrong on the website and it’s actually $40 more than what the site said. This rubbed me the wrong way and he said he’d give me $10 off the service. Another sales person said hold on and gave me a few coupon cards for future visits and said “we’re trying to get customers for life” and apologized for the website issues. I wasn’t thrilled with my experience the second time around, and I thought they should’ve honored the price their website quoted me at. Very expensive, and a little shady. I think I’m going to try other places around town and see what else it out there.

Great experience. I was able to get in and out quickly for an oil change. Tyelor was extremely helpful and also took the time to answer questions and provide information. I’ll be back for sure!
