Danny made me feel like family, I came almost 2 hours away so you could imagine my anxiety. He worked with my budget, took care of all car needs, took me lunch and made sure I had enough gas to get home. The experience thus far has been great, I would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle and want a confident experience. They also provide a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty, never experience that before. Normally it is a no warranty transaction. Salim S. Was also great he kept me company while I waited but was also attentive to any new walk-ins. He’s got a good head on his shoulders and could by a young, up and coming sales talent. Thank you for helping me when I just lost my car to a deer!

Danny at Big Joe’s Auto was great he helped me and my dad decide on a very nice 2017 Nissan murano. Very helpful throughout the whole process. ^^^This was from the day I bought the car After a week and a half of owning the car just a few things. The back passenger seat belt does not click in not sure how this passed a safety inspection considering they inspected it the day I picked it up. They said they would fix the plastic cover around the driver seat belt before day of pick up and it was not fixed. Didn’t realize I got totally blown off when questioning the USB port since the piece was broken an USB and aux cord ports were completely sunken in. The little compartment where the usb and aux cord ports the little latch was not broken but very loose and very dirty on the inside. I completely understand buying a used car will not be perfect but these are all small things any other used car dealer would have fixed to increase the cars value. The seemed very friendly at first but then started to blow off my dad and I. They wanted us to pick on on Saturday however we were unable to until Tuesday and the car was just finished and ready to go after we said we would pick it up.

Danny, he’s a great salesman’s. I recommend you talk to him if you want to purchase a vehicle from this establishment. Very on point and always available. If he isn’t he gets in contact within a hour or two for sure!
