I recently got my new vehicle for Big M. Was looking in Airdri and YYC, was very disappointed on how I was being treated. Got in contact with Barry from a friend. They were outstanding, worked with me on everything I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Austin in finance was also amazing, talked me through everything and helped me understand what I was signing. I have to give more than 5 stars to this dealership especially Cole Miller. I didnt buy a vehicle from them but they treated me with huge respect. I forgot a personal item in the car after the test drive which I was not aware of till I saw Cole arrive at my door step to drop that item personally to me. I just brought my truck into Big M for some warranty work, and I have to say I’m blown away by the level of service. After taking it to another dealership that couldn’t diagnose the issue (they blamed a front air dam and gave up after four days), Morgan, the tech at Big M, immediately figured out what was really going on and had my truck fixed within three hours. Not only did he solve the original problem, he also found and addressed a few other things — including software updates and backup sensor issues — that had been missed before. It’s rare these days to find a shop that combines real passion, skill, and pride in their work. The service team at Big M absolutely nailed it.
