I've been coming to Big Rock Dodge since moving to Alberta in 2022, and my most recent visit reminded me why. A couple of Fridays ago, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection because I was experiencing a shake at highway speeds. Since I drive long distances regularly and live near Jasper, this was a major concern. The team quickly found that my tires were in terrible shape and needed to be replaced. Knowing I lived a couple of hours away and was having a rough day, the service advisor I initially worked with (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) went above and beyond by immediately ordering tires and arranging a courier to get them there as quickly as possible. Then I received an unexpected call: their foreman, Ken, had ordered tires for his own vehicle that happened to be the exact size I needed and was willing to let me purchase them instead so the work could be completed that day. Casey even skipped his break to get my vehicle finished and back on the road. Between Ken, Casey, Alayna, and the first service advisor, the level of customer service I received was truly exceptional. As someone who works in customer service myself and rarely experiences service like this, I can't thank the team enough. You turned a stressful day into a great experience.

Honest Miracle workers. Corey helped so much in finding a good reliable truck. Finance guy got us approved and within 3 days of stepping foot on the lot our brand new truck was in our driveway. We loved the service.

Our rental camper van from a different company suddenly broke down and we were towed to Big Rock. Despite not being a customer of Big Rock their friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome. At very short notice Alayna was able to supply us with a rental car, this allowed us to make our plans for that day - she really went above and beyond to help us out. Meanwhile, the mechanics were able to look at our van to assess the issue. Although they weren’t able to fix it on the day (a new part was needed which was on a large back order) they looked after us exceptionally well, thank you to Crystal who gave us a lift to a nearby hotel, until we got our replacement van which arrived the following day. 10/10 service we can’t thank you all enough for your help during a stressful situation!
