I was sold a horrible car. I was given a car with a check engine light on and was told I needed to drive a few miles for it to turn off. Didn’t even get a mile away before my car was violently shaking. Check engine light lasted 2 months. The mechanic’s Blake uses are incompetent and don’t address the real issues. They put band-Aids on things just to get by. Blake did own most of the problems and paid for the repairs, overtime in what seemed to be a payment plan which was annoying and unprofessional. 8 months later I’m still having issues. I was told his mechanics installed a completely knew catalyst system. It has failed within 8 months and the extended warranty I was encouraged to buy doesn’t cover it. I believe Blake has good intentions and wants to get people a good deal, but when he purchases a car with problems, he doesn’t have the right people to help him with it. Don’t ever let your car go to Gary, whoever that is.

Best auto purchase experience I have ever had with a dealership. No pressure salesman. Very personable and pleasant to deal with. Makes the transaction quick and easy. I will never go to another dealership. I will return for any future purchases to Big Show Autos and recommend them to my family, friends, and coworkers.
