# Summary Customers frequently praise individual sales representatives for their patience, honesty, and ability to streamline the purchasing process, though experiences vary significantly depending on the salesperson assigned. While some buyers report smooth transactions and excellent service, others have encountered issues with vehicle inspections, communication delays, and refund processing that have resulted in returned purchases.
I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Kevin Tran was my salesman and he was great; He doesn’t BS you, he listens to what you’re looking for, and he is patient. I walked in knowing the exact cars I wanted to test drive and he immediately pulled them around. He was honestly super chill and he seems pretty knowledgeable about vehicles and their mechanics etc which is obviously good working at a car dealership. I was there only a few hours and only like 1-1.5 of those hours was the process of actually buying the car, I liked the time management a lot there. Every car I test drove was detailed really well, no smells or stains etc which I definitely liked a lot here. Overall I had a really good experience and I’d definitely purchase another vehicle from them again in the future.
I recently purchased a brand-new truck from this dealership and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The sales process itself was frustrating due to poor time management and lack of preparation from the salesperson. I ultimately found the truck myself, looked it over, agreed on pricing, signed all paperwork, and took the truck home. After getting the truck home later that evening, I noticed visible hail damage on the roof, hood, and doors that was never disclosed during the sale. Around 5:00 PM, I immediately contacted the salesperson and sent a video showing the damage. He told me he would speak with his manager. The next morning when the dealership opened at 7:00 AM, I reached out again and was told once again that he would “get with the manager.” By 11:00 AM, after still hearing nothing, I contacted him again and was told he had been in a two-hour meeting and would get back to me within the hour. When he finally responded, I was told that Dodge was already aware of the hail damage issue and were sending techs out regarding repairs to affected trucks. Their solution was simply to place me on a waiting list so I could eventually drop off my brand-new truck for hail repair. I should not have discovered undisclosed hail damage myself after bringing home a new vehicle. A dealership should fully inspect and disclose damage before completing a sale, especially on a new truck. Due to the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled, I ultimately returned the truck and handed back the keys. After dropping the truck off, I asked the salesperson if there was anything I needed to sign. His response was, “Nope, just need the key, that’s it.” I then had to order an Uber home myself. Later, I texted the salesperson asking how long it would take to receive my refund. The next day I called again to ask about getting my down payment returned and was told, “I don’t know, that’s going to be with the finance manager.” I then contacted the finance department directly and was told it would take 3–5 days after either I or the salesperson brought in the receipt. After speaking with the salesperson again, his response was once again, “I got you.” That phrase was used throughout this entire process, but not once during this experience did I actually feel like he “got me.” Between the lack of transparency, poor communication, undisclosed damage, confusion regarding the refund process, and still waiting for the return of my down payment, this has been one of the most frustrating vehicle purchases I’ve experienced. Edit: The dealership GM personally called me, which I did respect, and he listened to my concerns. He apologized for the experience and mentioned they had recently held a meeting regarding the hail-damaged vehicles. He also offered Visa gift cards, which I declined, and asked if I would consider changing my rating.
we received good customer service during our purchase! our sales rep was patient and understanding. the finance department was able to meet us on the trade in making things much simpler. My husband is happy with is purchase.
In love with my new truck! I’m beyond satisfied with the outstanding service German Garcia provided from start to finish. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. He got me approved and into something that has always been a dream of mine, and he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. German gives honest, knowledgeable advice and truly looks out for your best interest! he genuinely wants to help you find what’s right for you, not just make a sale. His professionalism, patience, and dedication really set him apart. If you’re looking for a new ride and want someone you can trust, I guarantee you’ll have an amazing experience with German Garcia. Highly recommended! And yes, ¡él habla español!
Been to few dealerships looking for my first purchase and no one kept it as sweet and simple like here. I got connected with kevin and he made things 10x easier to understand and was extremely patient knowing I had little knowledge of the process. He was honest and straight to the point which I appreciate a lot because other dealerships kept beating around the bush which got annoying. This dealership my go to from now on. Highly recommending to everyone around me! Thanks to Kevin I am about to get my first hemi!
