Rose is a gem! She did an amazing job helping us find the right car and proved probably the best experience I have had at a dealership. This was the first dealership we checked out, and after searching for a while, we just had to come back and get an Elantra with her help. He took amazing care of me over the course of an entire month while I waited for the exact car I wanted to be available. Throughout the process, he was patient and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. When it finally came time to talk numbers, Moe was excellent to work with.. transparent, fair, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable with the deal. The management and finance team were also great to work with. On top of that, Big Star Hyundai has a huge selection of vehicles, which made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Top notch establishment by all means. Everyone was courteous and friendly. My salesman Mo went way above and beyond to get me in a vehicle. Also, Jimmy was a pleasure to meet upon signing paperwork.
