Getting in for an oil change was quick. Service tech was relentless with up sell and tried to get more sevice work than what was asked for. I typically do my own services and mark all filters clearly when changed yet I was still be big told they need to be changed. No disclosure on price of oil change and it’s not displaced. After the appointment you get blasted with emails and texts regarding the service and appointment (4 texts and 4 emails thus far). Overall it was pricey but fast so I guess you pay for that convenience but the spamming afterwards is frustrating enough I won’t go back

I was driving to the Airport hours away from home when my transmission started acting up. Dropped it off at Big West Ford a couple hours before leaving for my flight. Kelly greeted me with a big smile, took all my information and got my truck in for diagnosis immediately. His communication was second to none, daily updates with everything going on with the truck. He was very kind and polite, and did everything to ensure it was ready for when I got back. Truly the best service advisor I’ve ever had and I’ve dealt with dozens. Thank you Kelly your pride in your work, professionalism and kindness will make me drive 5 hours the next time a hiccup with the ole girl occurs!

I highly recommend going to see Matthew & team at Big West Ford. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process of purchasing my new F-150. He kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made everything smooth and straightforward. I had a few dealer installed extras put on vehicle and they look great. Just bought a new vehicle from Big West. It was a pleasant departure from other Dealers I’ve worked with. No high pressure and no BS. Many Dealers treat every potential Customer like they know nothing about the product. That was not the case with my Salesman Jason. He paid attention to what I was looking for and respected the fact that I was informed on the product I was looking for and didn’t try to adjust my wants to satisfy the Dealers interests. Definitely would recommend this Shop and Jason.
